Main Screen
  • Shows managers or administrators which sites or applications are being used in real time
  • Shows location (home/office etc) and total time spent on each sites or application

Reporting Screen
  • Easy-to-use interface. Large selection of charts available (see below for screenshots and full list).
  • Select the the date range, interval and which employee(s) you want to chart.
  • Employees can access only their own information and work group or company averages.
Classification Screen
  • Quick and simple 2-click system encourages employees to classify their websites and applications.
  • These classifications are reviewed by the employer and can be edited by them at any time. Employees do not see that part of the screen.
Productive Time Chart
  • Shows the proportion of time spent each day on non-work activities for different employees.
Unproductive Sites & Applications Chart
  • Shows the total amount of time spent on non work related sites and applications each day for a specific individual.
Time of Day Variation Chart
  • Shows variations in the proportion of time spent on non work related sites and applications by time of day for different employees.
Timeline Chart
  • Shows variations in activity and productivity for a specific individual over a range of dates.
